| 英文描述 | COXIELLA BURNETII causes Q Fever in humans and abortion in sheep and goats. Abort with no clinical signs in late pregnancy, although a few may be dull and off feed. Dx by fluorescent antibody of smears from the placenta or isolation of the rickettsias. Abortion has been produced experimentally in cattle. Outbreaks of abortion due to this agent have been seen in goats. |
